It’s been a little while since I wrote a Newsletter update but as everyone warned me fatherhood doesn't leave you with much spare time ( My son Chris is 16 months old). It’s been a blast hanging out with Chris though.I just wish he’d learn to sleep a little later. He hasn’t caught on to musician hours yet, 6 am is a time to go to sleep not to wake up! But now I see that he’s the one in charge, not me . So I guess I’ll be getting up early.
“Do it Again” was just released so I’m really excited about that.We had a great time recording this CD so it’s cool to now have it out for people to listen to.
Springtime in New York has been great. We live near Riverside Park and all the flower gardens and trees are in bloom. It’s such a beautiful contrast after the bleakness of winter.
“Guitars and Saxes 2002” with Richard Elliot, Marc Antione,Warren Hill and myself have got quite a few show coming up this summer so I hope to see a lot of you then.
